In discription of Audi, Troy stated that it had no body work, and all electrical and options were in perfect working condition.

When I received the Audi, I had to put in a new battery, new tires, new ball joints, a new power window switch on the passenger side. The top would not go down or up electrcally, the rear window in the convertible top could not be seen through.

The radio did not work, the front bumper is cracked and broken, the drivers side fog lamp is missing, and the trunk and mirrows need to be repainted because of the poor body work.

The cost to me to get the car in the condition as it was stated by Troy Finlelstein is $4424.00. I feel that Troy Finkelstein should be responsible for this expense because of his statement that the car was in excellent condition. You buy cars in good faith, he is a lier and a conman.

and in 5 years you might collect something. Maybe the next time you buy something that costs more than you can afford to loose, you will want to look at it first before you part with your money? This is less than a perfectly safe method but it is probably better than buying a pig in a poke, isn't it? Pig in a Poke: In ye olden times, small pigs (piglets) were sold at market in sacks or 'pokes' so they could be easily carried and controlled. Less-than-honest peddlers would put a (worthless) cat in the poke and try to sell it as a young pig in the poke because the cat made noises that sounded just like a small pig. If you did not look into the poke before you paid your money and left...bingo!... You could buy a pig in a poke that was really- you guessed it- a cat in a poke!

In a conversation with Troy Finkelstein, he said that he did not care what I did, I could even go to the FBI because he stated thay nothing would be done.
