I attempted to contact this business to confirm delivery of flowers I tried to have delivered on Saturday, December 06, 2014 (at 12 noon) to Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Estill, SC 29918.

I placed an order in the amount of $83.40 the evening of December 05, 2014 (Order reference number: 37729) in show of support for the loss of my grand-nephew as his funeral was held on Saturday, December 06, 2014 at 3:00 pm.

I was in a rush and did not pay attention.

The website does NOT provide a local address, only their email address at [email protected], to which I also sent a message to contact me. I dialed their telephone number at 1-888.414.3800 without success.

It is just today that I read of the horror stories which may be connected to this business at:http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/Troys-Florist/internet/Troys-Florist-Billing-name-was-Americana-Roses-via-e-mail-Online-scam-Ordered-sympath-1190647

I intend to contact my bank first thing Monday morning (on December 08, 2014) to stop this pending transaction. This business cannot be paid.

Dear Ripoff Report:

 I was able to speak to someone the following Monday morning (12/08/2014) at Troy's Florist and was able to confirm successful delivery of the flowers I ordered.  The limited information on their website (no physical address or local telephone number) had me alarmed.  I had to google the local information.

 Their response to my email reads:

I'm not sure where the issue was but we have this confirmed as delivered. The phone number is correct 18884143800 it is not bogus and the only contact we have from you is after closing on Saturday. We close at 1pm on Saturday.

Also, your failure to respond to my email is unacceptable.  I plan to contact my bank to stop my pending payment of $83.40.
