Tru Talent is known for using current agents or "scouts" to attend local or national talent competitions and convince young or new hopefuls to relocate and or sign with Tru Talent. These scouts conveniently befriend new and or rising stars at these events and encourage them to "reach for the stars" through TruTalent.

The worst of the matter being that they purposefully gain the trust of the hopeful just to get them to sign with TruTalent. TTM (TruTalent Management) as it will be further referred to, uses these "scouts" to con parents, children, and mostly impressionable females. Actors and models are naturally good at playing the role of "mr do good" but unfortunately for many soon to be hopefuls their dreams are crushed when faced with the high demand and lack of production from TTM.

The company uses these "scouts" at local talent searches and nation wide nationally televised events to recruit the competitors whom are not within the top 10 of their respective placement. Candidates who's dreams felt short or who are looking to further their careers fall prey to these vultures more often then not. If they are aware of a desire to change careers or your living situation beware. They prey on the people willing to do anything to make it BIG.

Presents, gifts, or inherit acts of goodness mark the representation of these "scouts". Some have even been known to befriend or promise the hopes of an aspiring relationship with agency hopefuls. These incentives are based primarly to get the hopeful to sign with TTM. Most scouts of them are located or say they originate from either Salt Lake City or more popularly Las Vegas. Coincidentally that is where TTM is based out of. These "scouts" travel in packs and are like wolves to the play ground. Rarely will you see the scouts mingle with high placing or already selected competitors. These "scouts" also perform in these competitions to show dedication and loyalty to the company that supports them.

This is no way for a legitimate talent agency to work. False promises are the mark of a company just looking to make the quick and easy washington.
