I purchased an "Otterbox Defender" case from this company, and received a FAKE and DEFECTIVE item in the mail. I tried to contact the company via phone and email numerous times over the course of two weeks, but received no response. Conveniently, they have a "no exchange policy" on some items, and they claim that any attempt to exchange or return such an item is a "breach of contract" and buyer can be sued. Give me a break! Please avoid this company at all costs!
