True Results Weight Loss Lap Band does not work!!! Big RIP OFF!!! Scottsdale Arizona
On October 17th, 2014 I got the Lap Band procedure and 3 months later I still havent lost a pound, instead i've gained weight. I've gotten 3 fills and I'm still hungry. They tell me I have to "eat small portions, chew food for a minute and eat high protein diet". Well if i did this without the lap band i would loose weight, so why bother with the lap band in the first place.
The lap band is suppose to suppress my appetite, so why am i hungry as before? The reason i got the lap band was to get help to loose weight by not feeling hungry, its very hard to compromise to eating changes when the aid is not working.
I almost feel like asking for a refund. I paid cash for half the procedure and paying the balance in monthly installments. I don't have insurance so just imagine the pain of paying for something that doesn't work.
Any legal advice on how to proceed to get my money back??
