Truffoire High Presure, Preys on older people. Product doesn't work for more than an hour or so. Not truthful. Cheektowaga New York
My Mother and Father were targeted at the mall back in March of 2017. They were lured in to a Truffoire Gourmet Skin Care kiosk. The fast talking, misleading, high pressure sales person sold them each a " spa package" consisting of 12 facials and product for $2,175.00 each.
When they heard the price, they started walking away and the saleman told them,wait I will give you 2 for the price of one. He ran the credit card thru twice, and said he would make it right. The bank statement shows 2 transactions, 1 on the day they spoke and purchased the spa treatment, a total of $4,350.00 on 3/13/17, a credit on 3/13/17, and secondly they recharged the credit card on 7/18/17, Really?!
We are trying to get a hold of the company and can't, because they are no longer there, no forwarding info and they still owe 20 facials to my parents. We filed a report at the Cheektowaga Police Dept., at the bank/credit card company, and the Attorney General.
The product shows results for only 1/2 hour to 2 hours. Dishonest company. Ripping off Senior Citizens is not cool.

 Just wanted to let you know..they opened a store in The Factory Outlet mall..and..the main "boss" actually gave me his personal cell#..he asked me out on a date,and i have his #..might be away to get some money back for your parents...
