Teddy Parker, the owner of Trusted Auto Solutions, is a dishonest and nefarious man. I took my car to him after knowing him briefly on Facebook. He started to be aggressive in hitting on me (I have texts from him)… I told him that I wanted to only be friends. During that banter back and forth, I had taken my Infiniti to him for body work because I am not from here and didn’t know anyone else. Worse mistake. He promised to have it ready two weeks ago on a Friday and when it wasn’t, I went out of town for business in my rent car. I didn’t hear from him until the following week and then by the end of the week, he had it ready. I had gotten back from my business trip and fell very sick. Teddy started harassing me and my daughter saying that if I didn’t pick up my car and pay him for the repairs AND the storage fee of $50 a day. I was so very sick and was missing work that week. He threatened to file a Title 42 on my car if I didn’t get it by yesterday. Mind you, this is a paid off car worth more than his bill. Speaking of this “storage fee”… He parked my Infiniti outside of his shop in the ghetto and proceeded to charge me $50 a day. When I asked him to waive the fee because he was late getting my car and my circumstances were unforeseen as far as not being able to pick it up myself, he refused to release my car. I felt like we BOTH had a part to play here. He was late. I got sick. He only accepts CASH. He has terrible reviews of women alleging the same. That he punishes you for not dating him. When I finally got my car back this morning, it is filthy and a tire was flat. Dust everywhere. The worst customer service from Teddy personally. My car died at lunch because the battery was dead. I would NEVER recommend this individual or company to service anyone. He is a pervert crook and you WILL get punished if you don’t date or sleep with him…

First of all the vehicle in this post was fixed according to the insurance estimate and was signed off on by the individual making these acquisitions about our business. I have and can provide before and after pictures of the vehicle and a signed affidavit that she inspected the vehicle and the work was completed accordingly. Secondly, I have a text from the individual telling me to take my time with the vehicle because she had to go out of town and would rather drive the rental car. Her car was completed in a timely manner and she was given noticed that it was complete and ready for pick up. The shop even detailed the inside for her at no charge but after sitting there for 12 days it became dusty again as would any vehicle sitting in a shop for that long of a period. She stated she was out of town but would pick up the vehicle on several occasions and never came for it. Mind you her insurance sent her the check minus her deductible shortly after the claim was made yet she failed to want to pay Trusted Auto for the work done for almost 2 weeks after the car was completed therefore she was charged what anyone else would have been charged for leaving the vehicle sit at our location for 12 days. There is proof on Facebook about how pleased this individual was with us and how we went out of our way to help her but that all was forgotten when it came time to pay the money due to the shop. The individual claims that her car sat outside but when she came to inspect it and pick it up it was clearly sitting in the shop where it has been since completion. Thirdly, our business excepts cash or credit cards. We do not however accept personal checks from anyone and she wanted us to make an exception for her. Anyone owning a business knows that you do not do that for an individual who made promise after promise to come pick up her vehicle and never showed up. Lastly, everything that has transpired with this individual has been documented and a lawsuit will be filed.
