TRX Software TRX Tax Alliance, TRX Software Development Inc. Horrible, ill-conceived software, bad management! Murfreesboro, Tennessee
The company developed a proprietary tax preparation software that is still in beta testing phase with less than a week until IRS efiling begins. The software is deficient and put my livelihood at great risk. There are so many glitches, and many seem to be simple fixes that cause me to question the ability of the software developers. I would like to be compensated for the cost of the software, plus 60 hours compensation for pulling myself away from my own responsibilities to help troubleshoot their inadequate product.
