Let me start by saying that TRX 2012 software is a joke. The company is sweating knowing that this is all they have. The states are not available and will not be this year. They tell you it is in "development". Yeah that is some of the truth, they will not all be available until next year when everyone has to go MEF. The refund policy is a joke. They have kept peoples service bureau fees. They lie to EVERY customer. They being in employees from a temp service that do not know anything. If you want to save your business DO NOT BUY TRX software...just saying
