I used another software for over ten years. I switched to TRX in 2010. I have a network with five connected computers and they set my system up on every one. There were problems sometimes, but they would come on my computer(s) and fix them. During tax season, it is very disruptive, but not unusual to have to call for customer service.
The software is very different, but now that I have used it for a second tax season, I see it is so much superior to TaxWise and has so much more that I can do with it as we grow our business. I am very happy with this software.
