TRX TRX ALLIANCE, TAX EXACT TRX IS A SCAM. DONT BUY IT! MUSTERFORO, Tennessee
TRX IS THE WORST TAX SOFTWARE EVER MADE. I have been with this company since 2009, from there up to 2011 all was fine, there were not the best, but there were pretty ok, and the software worked. But the 2012 is pure garbage, thank god i jumped the boat early on the tax season, i found that the software couldnt do anything of the following:
1. Couldnt calculate the right standard deduction
2. Cant file a proper form 8812, i have 50 clients who recieved a letter from ther IRS stating the 8812 was incomplete, despite the fact that the software is telling you that the form is ready, when you print it, all the necessary information IS MISSING WTH?!!
3. Cant E-file the states
4.Cant print properly the forms
5.Cant help you on the EIC Worksheet and sometimes will fail misarably at founding errors
6.Cant upgradeit self properly
7.Can calculate the Self employment Tax on Schedule C-EZ - It cost me 2 clients because of this.
8. Cant E-file your tax with all the right information.
9. The name of the dependends fail to appear on the 1040..... -.- I am dead serious
And the list goes on and on, STAY AWAY, this is a scam, i feel sorry for all the other preparers that tried to get their fees on the bank product feature, i hope you get your money back. AND I WILL ABSOLUTLY JUMP IN on a class action lawsuit against this son of a bitches, they cost me 50 clients this tax season and i want compensation from that!!!, if anyone knows a lawyer that is willing to pick up this case please let me know at (((ROR redacted)))
