I ordered a Shark duosonic carpet and floor cleaner and they hung up after receiving my order and while I was asking more questions regarding the payments, etc. I called back & they told me I had to wait 2 hrs or up to 2-3 days and call them back. I was hung up on first by Kim, & then by Ruby.
