TSP Travel Hotel Reservation Scam Internet, Washington
This company, Tsp, refused to refund a payment when the company, Cheap-O-Air, cancelled a flight which was part of a package deal. I booked a flight and a hotel through Cheap-O-Air, and they cancelled the flight. They refused to cancel the hotel, because they contracted through Tsp. I was left with a hotel and no flight. They refused to refund the money for a hotel where I did not stay. They did refund the flight, but they would not refund the hotel. The hotel was in the country to which the flight was booked; Spain. I was left with a hotel in a country to which i had no flight.
