tsp travel unable to contact...phone refers customers to web address, and they do not reply to inquiries. I've been unable to get a reciept from them for a motel booking through them that is needed for governmen Internet
I booked a motel in Anchorage,Alaska for July 8,2012 through this company. When I checked out, the motel would not give me a reciept as I had booked and paid through the travel company on the internet.
When I tried to contact tsp travel by the phone number listed on my credit card statement, I was reffered to their internet address by a recording. After multiple emails, I have recieved no reply.I need a reciept for government reimbursement.
