Tsrs is a complete scam. they tell you you will get back money from the rental within two years whether it rents or not. they asked for a deposit of about $897 dollars, which they said is better than losing the points on the time share.
after the term is over they tell you if the property didnt rent you don't get any money back. They pretend to tell you they explain that and don't care what their representatives told you about the details. Do not trust this company all they do is take money with no intensions of giving any type of refund.
