DO NOT WORK FOR TUCKER ALBIN AND ASSOCIATES, IF YOU EVER LEAVE HE WILL TRY TO SUE YOU EVEN IF HE HAS NO REASON TO. DO NOT SIGN HIS NON-COMPETE OR ANY EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT WITH HIM WITHOUT HAVING YOUR ATTORNEY READ IT!
Al has a reputation for bogus lawsuits against his salesmen that leave. He likes to offer to drop the suit if the sales man comes back or has their new boss fire them not wanting a legal battle. I guess he forgot where he got all his salesman from in the first place, OTHER AGENCIES. You can easily see all the lawsuits Al has filed by going to the Dallas County website (it's free). It is public information everything I am saying can be verified.
Al is taking it to the next level. Now he sues people by forcing them into deposition under an obscure law because he has no proof these former employees are violating their non-compete. So you get sued if you break your non-compete and get sued if you don't break your non-compete. He is not happy until he has forced you to get an attorney and prove where you are working and who you are talking to. Working for Tucker Albin is not worth the legal fees you will have to pay just to get this guy to leave you alone, what a great guy!
I should have never worked for this company. I will never be able to use them for a reference. I quit because I didn't want to listen to obscenity laced rap music every day at work as I am a Christian. I also quit because of the way they used to have us yell and degrade people on the phone because they didn't want to do business with our company..
Also be aware of his associates. One of them is wearing an ankle monitoring bracelet after spending most of the summer in Dallas County Jail for stalking his ex-girlfriend. Fortunately the police now know where this guy is 24/7. These guys are bad news and the worst of the worst. I would work the drive thru at McDonald's before I worked with these guys again. They have a horrible reputation in Dallas and are having trouble getting anyone in the business to work for them.
This guy makes a new enemy every day in Dallas. It wouldn't surprise me if he is packing up and moving the whole thing to Denver before he becomes the target of a major lawsuit or piece of investigative journalism. Watch out Colorado! You have been warned.
There is so much more I could say about these guys but I just don't have the energy. It was the worst place I ever worked in my life. The only people that seem to like working here are skinny kids from the burbs that think they are gangsters and are too young to know how screwed up Tucker Albin and Associates is. There are plenty of ways to become a professional sales person in the collections or any industry, Tucker Albin and Associates is not one of them (in my opinion).
Please keep his former employees in your prayers and even pray that God turns the hearts of these people back towards righteousness before more damage is done to innocent people trying to make a living.
