Tudor cay condominium association Towed my car with no adance warning Tampa Florida
New tow contract with autopros towing started enforcing long ignored parking rules. Ignoring many other violators every day which I have photos and emails notifying MGMT of. Singled me out. One car next to mine ignored every day and night. Many others. I am a senior owner and family has owned here for over 30 yrs. My fees are always current. Had attempted on 2 occasions to acquire parking decal from MGMT and was turned away. First time out of decals.
Registered car with mgr and give temp PKG pass and told she would notify me when decals we're available. Never did. Assist mgr denied decal because I did not have vehicles reg with me even though I had previously provided to mgr. Myself and many others parked for prolonged (others still are) with no decal and no enforcement.as I write this, commercial vehicle(taxi) Is parked in violation rules in numbered space, see pic and copy of rules attached$175 tow fee is financial hardship and as a senior, i feel abused from this action.
