This man comes across as an intelligent, honest and upright citizen. Tushar Das directly influenced and instigated the unlawful eviction of a fully paid tenant in a seperate property. He contacted Mike Donia of Remax Realty Specialists to get back at a tenant whom he had a dispute. The fallout of his actions can be read www.thestar.com
Do not rent from this guy. He promises fully furnished, but will not deliver. Nancy Tajik works closely with him. Sutton Realty should not have an agent that breaches the privacy of her clients. You screwed the lakeshore tenant. Shame on you for not being truthful.
