My 2004 Ford Focus power steering fluid eaked out, making steering dificult.  I drove to Tuttle Click  Ford dealership for the repairs.  I told the representative who took the report, that I needed the power steering fixed.  He said that they would do a diagnostic test on my car to find any problems.  I said no.

I know what the problem is.  The power steering is out.  After waiting two hours the representative  called me over.  He said that it was bad.  Not only was the powere steering out but I also had metal to metal contact on my rear brakes.  My front brakes were almost as bad.  Total bill for the brakes and power steering was over $2100.00!!!!!  I said that I would take care of the brakes myself. (I knew he was lying about the brakes).  He said it comes with a 1year warrannty parts and labor.  I finally stop trying to be nice and said "My car brakes are fine!  It's the power steering, Their is nothing wrong
with my brakes".  He took a deep breath and started calculating just the power steering repair.

Included in the price was not only parts and labor but also a $175.00 power steering flush!!!.  Total was almost $1100.00.  I said "fine.  Give me back my car I will take my car somewhere else" He said "But you don't have brakes"  I pointed out "If I didn't have brakes, how did drive here, stop and park"?  He was really frustrated now.  After more back and forth he agreed to knock of $600 dollars if I had my brakes done with Tuttle Click Ford.  Now I new for sure it was a scam!!  I got my car and  drove to the VW dealership.  They test drove my car.  They did not find anything wrong with the brakes and gave me $5700.00 for a trade in to a GTI.  They tried to upsell me a whole brake job with a 1 year warranty for over a thousand dollars that I did not need!!!!!!  So I fired them!!!!

Several days later, someone called wanting to know about my "experience"  I went over the same facts, told him that I hold grudges and that they are fired!!!  And since I hold grudges I will bad mouth your customer service as much as possible on the web.  He hung up.
