Ordered from TV Marketplane on line catalog. Very legitimate looking website.

Received an email from their "customer service" in a few days stating that shipment was delayed because Denver was one of the hub airports and was closed due to snow. Further stated they upgraded the shipping at no cost to me.

After waiting a week or so I emailed TV market Place Customer Service and told them I had not received the merchandise. They never replied. I emailed several times more and called the phone numbe they provided. It was just busy and I could not get them.

They kept my money and did not send the item I ordered. Unfotunately they have my credit card number and I am forced to cancel it for a new one.
