On 9-16-03, I ordered the Ab Swing from TV Market using my debit card. On 9-25-03, I received an e-mail from them informing me that my order had been shipped. Since it was shipped via FedEx, I expected it around 9-30-03. When it did not arrive, I checked the tracking site with FedEx. It did not show any information about where my package was, so I called them. They informed me that all they had received was a tracking number request, but never the package.

I checked my bank account and saw that $90.45 was taken from my account, which was, by the way, more than the $88.95 that was supposed to have been taken. I then began the long drawn out process of trying to contact Chris Reoch. I made several calls and left several messages, but never received a call back. I also sent him two e-mails during this time, but received no response. I asked that my money be returned, but it has not been and the package has never been shipped.

I have since purchased the Ab Swing from the company itself, and now I just want my money back and this company removed from the internet and the site removed as well, so more people don't get ripped off by this man.
