I have now been intouch with Twistbox, shortly after this posting I recieved a response. they have been very helpful. faith is now restored.

I have been charged £93 pounds worth of "purchases" on my Vodafone phone bill from Twistbox UK. I have never once subcribed to them and I have recieved £3 a day charges for the whole of January 2011. I cannot contact anybody about this, the UK number given on the Website is incorrect as they are no longer based at this office. I have been given the following number 0208 816 8248- however all I get is an answer phone message after 3 rings.
I have left 3 messages stating my problem for them to call me back. I have heard nothing. After talking to Vodafone it seems that they have also been charging me for Feb 2011 too, the same charges. they have no helpline to call, no UK email and the address is also incorrect on the website. I hope somebody can help me, I have already contacted Trading Standards UK and I will be taking legal action against them if this is not resolved.
