The first issue I had with them is the movers seemed more interested in what type of stuff they were moving rather than actually moving it. One wanted to buy the couch, another wanted to know how much I wanted for the television. I told them this was not a garage sale, it was moving day. I continuously had to remind them to move the items, not stare at them and discuss my belongings.

The second issue I had was while they were following me to the new house, I had to stop at McDonalds so they could get a snack. So I stopped and waited in the car while they went inside because they couldn't manage to use a map to get to the new address. Very unprofessional.

Third, and this has been the biggest hassle, was the wall damage. They left several large scrapes and scratches up the stairwell and small hole along the way. I made sure they filled out a damage report to be filed with the office. Over a week later their office called and said they'd like to schedule someone to come see the damages, but all their evaluators and repairmen were all on vacation at the same time for 2 weeks. They also would not accept any type of estimate for damages from another painter or repairman.

Two weeks later, after describing in detail to their office staff exactly what needed to be done; 1 small hole patched, 3 walls painted, they sent a painter out who not only was over an hour late, but brought only himself, no paint brushes, no drop cloths, nothing. He placed a small amount of spackle on the wall and left. Took him about 4 minutes. When I called the office to find out why he was not prepared they said they sent him only to spackle and would send him to paint later because they didn't know exactly what needed to be done. ie: They didn't write down any of the details I gave them previously.

He called the day he was supposed to come paint and said he was running about 2 hours behind.

As of today, nearly 5 weeks after the initial move, the walls have still not been repaired and the painter will not show up until next week. This has been a horrible company to deal with and I will NEVER use or recommend their services to anyone.
