well, i just called the 800 # again to see if i could get an actual phone# for the "overdraft dept". I can't they only have that fax # / this is all they deal with . so, it is apparent that there are a lot of request from people who's bank acct they have charged and created an overdraft fee ...I was told that it would take at least 2 WEEKS for this $33.00 refund to be processed and I explained to the nice young lady that I have other charges coming thru (authorized of course) and mor OD fees will accumulate (their co. will be held responsible)...Also, I insisted that if they have any other charges (and they did) waiting to process , Please cancel, remove me from the mailing list, and my credit card info also....So, I guess I have to wait 2 weeks instead of 72hrs for the OD fee to be refunded///I will talk to my bank to see if they can hold off on any other fees being that this charge was without my permission. This seems as if it's the best I can do....Good luck to me and all others who have this Problem...Lesson Learned: no business over phone/expecially when they say "FREE"! There is usually a price later...
