TWX*THANK YOU GIFTS Took $206.OO OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AFTER 3MONTHS OF ME FILLING OUT A VOUCHER FOR FREE REWARDS MERCHANDISE, THAT i was suppose to have earned from my Bank. Salt Lake City, Utah
I thought I had received free gifts rewards from my bank, like I had received free last year. I did not give my credit card number, so I don't know how they got it, all I know is I field the form out in October of 2009 and they debited my account on January 7th. 2010.
I called the 800 number that was on my bank statement and 1st got an automated recording; asking you to say yes or no to the following questions or use your telephone keypad to describe what your call was about.
After so many try's I finally punched a number and got a Mandy Rose on the phone, who right off the bat was hostile to my complaint. Saying yhe items weren't free and stated that on the paper, which it did not.
I asked how could I cancel the order, she said I couldn't I would have to wait to the order came in 4 to 6 weeks. Then return it to them and they would give the money back to my bank in 72hrs. Then it would be up to the bank to give me my money back in my account. And she didn't know how long that would take!!!
