Purchased IamBigBrother and used it for a while. Purchase agreement came with unlimited life-time support and upgrades. When I upgraded my OS I contacted [email protected] and asked for my promised lifetime updates.
I wrote at them least 7 or eight times, supplying them the purchase order information and asking for the latest update, only to be ignored by owners/sellers. They have decided to just ignore any emails I send them.
They replied only on the first email stating that my order is in process and then just ignored me for the rest of the times. Now the program is useless to me and I don't feel like paying another retail value for something that I was promised to have lifetime updates.
They are vjust anothe con-artinst company that would take your money and totally ignore you afterwards. So if you are thinking of purchasing this software, think twice.
