I was looking for legitimate employment from home and came across the Type International website (typeinternational.com). I was interested in finding out whether or not there were any complaints against them currently, so I visited the Rip Off Report website and did a search. There were numerous complaints against them, so I then contacted Type International through their email address (there is no phone number or mailing address listed on their website) to inform them of these complaints. (I also opted NOT to sign up for their work at home program.) I was sent a prompt response email that was very defensive. There was fowl language used, and I was told that the owner of the Rip Off Report "...has over 1000 lawsuits against him". I had mentioned in my email that I thank God for the Rip Off Report that protects consumers.

The response email also mentioned that they are "...going strong after 8 years and do $20 Million a year in sale and pay out over $10 Million so please do not ever sign up for anything we have. I wish you and God the ripoff report." It does not seem that it would be possible for a program to be so successful when it is being operated with such unprofessionalism. I then sent a response to their email that stated, "Your program does not seem to be any different than any of the others out there, and there are tons of them. Your program is not the only one getting bad publicity." I went on to say, "Besides, I would not sign up for any program that has a representative that becomes so defensive that they feel the need to use fowl language to get a point across. Our english language is sufficient enough. I am sorry that you have such ill feelings of God. Be careful what you wish for... I'm just a person, but God is far more. I hope that things will change for you, for the better." Type International did send one last response email that was short and to the point: "Who cares?" So basically, it seems that Type International really just does not care about the consumer (possible clients/members/customers) at all. You would be doing yourself a favor NOT to give them your money!
