Tyson Motors ripoff don't stand behind their own vehicles and service work Shorewood Illinois
I own a 2000 voyager with 46,000 miles on it and the belts have broke four times. I've been told the first two times normal wear and tear. Third time told that the tensioner was faulty thats probably what caused the previous belts breakage. I'm okay with that the belts were'nt under warranty so I had them replaced somewhere else the first two times especially because of cost at dealerships. Well today I almost lost my life due to the belts breaking again driving down a steep hill and lost all power to vehicle.
It has'nt even been two full months since these belts and tensioner were replaced. To top it all off the sales people know the van has some serious problem so why don't you just unload your problem and trade it in. Thanks Tyson, I am afraid to drive a vehicle I paid hard earned money for because you don't stand behind your own vehicles or your own service work. Anyone out there want to buy the plymouth voyager nightmare?
