Stay Far away from this company and their
AKAs. I too had a run in with them while buying blueberries. For part of my
order, I was going to use a gift certificate and once I told them that I had a
gift certificate, they promptly hung up the phone on me. It was a battle but I
finally won if you could say that. The blueberries came in the mail and I have
to say they were in the worst shape that I have ever seen. Most of them have
died or have never done well compared to several other companies which I have
ordered from.
If you are looking for quality blueberries through the mail, try danfinch.com. This is a major blueberry nursery in NC and very well known.

After reading this I get the feeling that this complaint does not come from a legitimate customer. There are a couple things that lead me to believe this:
1) Ty Ty Nursery does not operate under any other name except The Nursery at Ty Ty and Ty Ty Nursery.
2) We would never hang up on a customer for trying to redeem a Gift Certificate.
3) We have a complimentary 1 year guarantee, meaning if any of this customer's plants have died Ty Ty Nursery would be more than happy to replace them at no cost to the customer.
This sounds like a competitor trying to add a plug/link for danfinch(dot)com.
For future reference;
1) When trying to redeem a Gift Certificate with Ty Ty Nursery please print out the order form (http://www.tytyga.com/order_form) and mail it to PO Box 130, Ty Ty, GA 31795 with the Gift Certificate.
2) If you receive merchandise that is damaged immediately contact Ty Ty Nursery through the toll free number and we will file a UPS damage package claim for you, and re-ship your order.
3) If your plants die within one year of purchase, please fill out the Replacement Application (http://www.tytyga.com/ra_app) and mail it in to the nursery.
These are the proper stems to take in all of these scenarios.
If this is a legitimate customer please contact the nursery toll-free and we will replace your blueberry plants.
