I have purchased several items from Ubid auctions, including the major purchase of a Dell laptop which I am 100% satisfied with. Little did I know I would run into problems when bidding

on a set of memory boards for it from a "preferred partner"

The memory boards were advertised to work on Lattitude CPI systems. Nothing led me to believe to "check for compatibility"

especially since my bid was 'medium' in contrast with similar

auctions on Ebay, and Dell's prices were completely out of the question.

Each and every time I submitted a written complaint to Ubid, I received back the same first 2 words with no action: "IM SORRY

please contact the SELLER.

After sending several attachments including the seller's response, they still continued to say "IM SORRY".

After sending a request for a copy of the original auction page, the same response "IM SORRY".

I AM SORRY AND ANGRY TOO! customer service is below standards,

they can not provide a copy (or research the issue to verify)

to me put the issue to rest.

Buyers, beware. Get a copy of the auction before it ends, during

your bid history, and after the auction ends.

I refuse to buy from Ubid and their 'preferred partners' in the future.
