When the tech was there he couldn't stand the pressure of being there and was unable to work. I brought in a laptop, it needed a motherboard, he couldn't handle it, I did it. I brought in a PC and he couldn't handle it I bought another one and tranfered the memory myself.
You frequent places like this to get things done you can otherwise do but they have everything needed to get it done, but with this place they don't have the technical support to handle the work.
It's too bad they don't have the corporate support to prod them along to get the work done they are supposed to be doing.
