Received a letter about North American prize pool in which I never entered and supposedly won 75,810 dollars. my lucky numbers were 21-23-33-37-41-49 and consequently won the second category. They enclose a check for 3,995.50 which was deducted from the winnings. The something about a surcharge for 2,900.25 will be required for payment of taxes on lump sum for winnings. Kindly contact claims agent Tom Davies: 1-647-219-2161. Thought it was awkward that when I called he asked who I was and he never identified himself. Heavy accent for Tom as well.
