I've been working with Sergio Ordaz since early 2013 and thought he was legit. I am a real estate investor and was looking for business lines of credit and he said he could help me with this. The program was too expensive for me to get into at $5000. As time went on the price finally dropped to $1250 and UBS Worldwide, Inc. would "front" the rest of the money for me to straighten out my credit to obtain business credit. That was back in October 2013. I was signing up for (2) separate programs. One was for a credit sweep and the other was for the corporation to build business credit to.

It is now January and he's still telling me to be patient. I have received NO services (at all) for the $1250. I've sent him emails and I receive responses when he feels like responding. He seemed like such a nice person, but I have found out it is a scam. So if this helps anyone please do not do business with this company.

I was not sure about this company to begin with because as we all know "something that sounds too good to be true usually is"!  All I wanted was for them to help me improve my credit to build business credit, but that never happened.  The real scam is I've never spoken to anyone else but Sergio.  He's told me time and time again they don't "reveal" the 3rd parties they work with.  They are business consultants and work with a lot of banks that help their clients get funding.

I believe this is a flat out lie!  If he sees this and rebuts it, it will seem as though it is my fault that I couldn't get funding because of my credit.  The truth is, I hired them to "FIX" my credit and to build corporate credit, but it is just a scam to get your money.  Not only was I going to pay them this fee -- I signed a contract with them for them to get 15% of the credit lines obtained!  Another ripoff!  Even if they can help you they are STEALING more cash!!  Companies should not work like this and I hope they are shut down so people can stop being ripped off!  I took a risk with what I felt I can lose, but everyone doesn't always think this way!  So BEWARE of this company!

Personally, I believe they use this name because people mistake them for UBS and this is NOT THEM!!  My concern now is identity theft!  I could not find any information on them before I signed up, so I hope this helps the next person or people that will ever think about doing business with them!   My next complaint will be to the FTC.

I was also scammed by UBSWW for $10,000 and have been trying to get my money back since July of 2013.

if we get together we can discuss legal course fo action. If they have both of us, I am 100% sure we are not the only people to get scammed by them
