Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I attempted to rent a truck from this UHaul location in approx. March of 2014. I reserve the truck via Uhaul.com. When I arrived, only 1 employee was present, whom did not know how to complete the rental transactions (*unprofessional*). He asked me to wait and called his supervisor for her to return. She stated 10 minutes it would take her.

I waited 30 minutes for the supervisor before the first employee called her again, yet she states 5 more minutes. After 10 minutes I began to leave, but just then the supervisor arrived.

She had an extreme attitude and told me she was busy doing other things that I took her away from. I asked how DARE she fault me for trying to doing business with her establishment. Then they kicked me out of the store.

Please never do any type of business at this place. They are highly disrespectful and vile individuals!

Marc

You DO realize that the manager probably had to come from home JUST to take care of YOUR problem. Im sure that if you got off that high horse and got down in the dirt with the rest of us mere mortals you would agree that having to go back to work to take care of ONE person and their issues wouldnt make YOU very happy either. So because the poor clerk couldnt do what YOU wanted the must be "unprofessional". Lets completly ignore that it could have been a new employee who didnt know how to do what YOU wanted since they had not done one yet. Then when the justifably angry manager has to come back YOU give them attitude. So they toss you out on the street. What that tells me is that you were MORE then just a little rude. Odds are that YOU started running your trap the moment the manager showed up. Probably with the usual "I had to wait" and pulled the usual "I want a discount because I had to wait". Followed up with "Im going to act like a child and throw a tantrum unless I get my way".

It amazes me that people like YOU still exist. As a black man YOU of all people should understand the attitude YOU were displaying. YOU were treating THEM less then a human being. Sound familiar?? It should. But I guess people like YOU will never learn from the past and will ALWAYS play the victim even after YOU started it all. Suck it up buttercup, because in THIS instance YOU were a self-entitled sociopath who expected to get treated like some king. YOU treated them less then human and THEY didnt stand for it and tossed you off their property. Yet when it was happening to your own people, then THAT is a tragedy. But its OK if YOU do it to other people.

Grow up and try and start treating your fellow humans like a human being.
