Uhaul Water Damaged contents wile moving Phoenix, Arizona
Rented a 26 foot Uhaul truck to make a move and the truck leaked water all over the contents inside reported it when truck was truned in and it was confirmed from uhaul employes that there was light showing in side rear of truck with rear door closed and it had a place up in front floor where lite could be seen was told that is why items in truck had water damage so i reported it to Rep West there safe move insurance company was told truck was sent to a inspection station and i would here some thing soon got a letter on 11/22/2013 stating that there was water leaks in the truck but the contents would not be covered
cause it was water damage when i rented the truck they sold me the safe move plan to cover CARGO damage and any damage done to there leaky trucks the employe told me it would cover any Damages done to the contents up to $10.000 or he had a other plan that coverd up to $50.000 so i bought the 10lk plan but now U Haul will not stand behind there Insurance neither will Repwest Insurance which is owned by UHaul So from this day forward i will only rent Ryder or Penske Trucks even if they do cost more to rent at Least i have had never had one of theres leak and it is not like the broken down junk Uhaul rents
