i placed an order online with ulta a propular cosmetic store with locations nationwide . nowhere in their policy does it state that they do not take care of any lost orders or do not refund due to this issue. also they do not state that an order amount should be signed for. in my case 201.00. i made a call to the company and informed them i had not received my order and i was told the order was delivered to my address on july 31 by the us postal service. i was informed on their end they were not responsible and offered to give me some coupons and i could reorder using these. or i should contact my bank bbt and see if they could contest the order and them refund. i did this but as i knew the bank said ulta should be responbible and either send my products or refund. i called ulta back and at this point all i wanted was a refund but i was told by several people that nothing could be done and  that policy would not allow anything but some coupons which would still help them and not me the customer. i also called an attorney friend and she told me to contact better business and report them. i do have a reference number for the recorder conservations made between me and ulta. i appreciate any help with this. i did use my credit card with this.
