FYI Ultimate tan and med spa are closing their doors forever and they do not want anyone to know. This closure is due to multiple lawsuit as well as they are having trouble with their licensing. Ronnie Swyers an employee of The ultimate tan is behind quite a few of the lawsuit. they are still taking money and selling packages unsuspecting customer. who does that, desperate people . Try to get whatever money you can back from them through canceling your packages and refunds. Once they close their doors good luck getting anything back from them.
