Ultra Shield warranty is a scam, ripoff - they find reasons for not doing the work East Coast Internet
Do not buy Ultra Shield extended warranty for furniture. It's a typical scam. They find all sorts of reasons for not coming and fixing things.
In our case , it's a warranty we bought for a leather sofa. After they asked my wife a billion questions, trying to find a reason for not coming, she mentioned that she might have used other leather products ( which we didn't). After that, even though I told them that we actually didn't , since we ordered the leather care products from them for free, they keep saying that they need to go with what we said first, without any other proof. Of course, this warranty conditions are never seen by the customer, otherwise it wouldn't be so easy for them to generate stupid excuses.
We search the internet too, and it's how they make money for nothing. Ripoff!
Be aware that this warranty is sold at "reputable stores" like LA-Z-BOY when you buy furniture, in our case it was a leather sofa.
We'll be trying to sue them.
