Unbeatable Sale Walmart.com Shipped wrong color item Lakewood Township New Jersey
Walmart advertises the Black and White Pagoda Umbrella through the 3rd party vendor Unbeatable Sale, I ordered the black and white with a confirmation. Unbeatable Sale shipped a red and white one??? WTF, what the hell am I going to do with a red and white umbrella...How did they get it wrong and why tf did they ship this out....Worse than that is to return this due to UNBEATABLE sales error, I am out $60 to ship back and have to wait up to 30 days for a partial refund.
This is the worst online experience I have ever had...Walmart should discontinue with allowing this ripoff company to have access to so many unsuspecting consumers! I am highly disappointed and truly discouraged about using any 3rd party vendor ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company should have a thourough investigation as they are falsely advertising and ripping people off through the return policies and the restocking fees even though they ship items out in error....this may be part of their business model and projection of a revenue percentage---errors=fee$ as it is obvious they do not care with so many complaints over the same issues!!!!!!!1
