Complaint Review: Unbeatablesales.com - Lakewood New Jersey

Shopping for leather recliner and found on Overstock.com, Wayfair.com, Walmart.com and Unbeatablesales.com.  Each site had the same picture and description of the chair noted as Winston Porter Milano Leather Recliner $400-$550 plus tax and/or shipping so bought off unbeatablesales.com because of lowest price, no sales tax w/shipping for $472.75 via Paypal making instant payment.  But Unbeatablesales order confirmation arrived with an entirely different name of manufacturer, weight and dimension of the chair.  I tried calling cusotmer service for clarification and the offshore people were of no help - they merely read the description online.  It was Friday evening 6:25pm so  I tried to cancel online through unbeatablesales.com cancelation form.  The system could not find my order #1025289.  I called Saturday morning system still did not have my order called customer service they also could not find my order in system.  Called Saturday afternoon - same thing.  Called Sunday morning same thing but did speak with customer servie who sent email requesting cancellation".  Called Sunday afternoon order #1025289 appeared in system and customer service sent second email requesting cancellation.

Monday morning I called customer service to verify order cancelled and order #1025289 was still in the system and customer service rep wrote and email to cancel.  I have no idea where to to who they sent these three  cancellation request emails.  Within the hour Monday around noon I received email with shipment track number #773303584888. Immediately I called customer service again and they said they could do nothing.  I demanded corporate number 732-363-0606 which they gave to me but said I'd only get voicemail. Left voicemail requesting cancellation explaining the chair pictured/described is different dimension/size than what was on the order.  I also then went to umbeatablesales.com and found multiple email addresses and sent email to all requesting cancellation:

By Monday mid afternoon I received neither return phone call, email or any other notice my order was cancelled. I call the reference number with FedEx to get the shipper's phone. I called that number and was directed to Amy at Benchmaster the distributor/shipper 714-414-0240.  Amy then cancelled the shipment and would notify the supply that UNBEATABLE SALES ORDER WITH BENCHMARK  Order #44726 was to be cancelled.  

I have tried to reach someone at Unbeatable Sales via phone, text and email.  No response.  Customer service cannot cancel they say my order has shipped. 

I will be filing an internet fraud complaint for bait and switch tactics with the FBI online https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

Unbeatable sales is a drop ship company operated by "Mike" who does not have a physical presence at his businesses, they are all operated via contracted customer service all calls to Mike at corporate are funneled into voicemail that are never answered.  They are retrieved otherwise mailbox would report "full".  All service and sales calls are routed to contract customer service. 

DO NOT SHOP AT UNBEATABLE SALES.  THIS GUY IS A BAIT AND SWITCH CON ARTIST.  HIS OPERATION IS ENTIRELY CLOAKED AND INACCESSIBLE BY CONSUMER.  PRODUCT PROBLEMS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS ARE A HUGE HASSLE WITH THIS COMPANY.  HE IS UNRESPONSIVE.
