Unbundled Legal Help Steve Wallace, Shannon Neighbors, MB Hutchinson, Steve Moonly Took money for legal services but did NOTHING! Internet
I called unbundled legal help and was given Shannon neighbors as my contact. He started off very nice until they build me and then he became very rude . He never return my phone calls and when he did he acted like I was bothering him . I talk to his boss MB Hutchinson who told me he would get the next department involved ASAP. I still had to call over four times to get the next department involved . They charge me an initial fee of $250 and then continue to charge me 39.95 for two months . They promised that they would help me fill out some paperwork for my custody relocation and they did nothing over the two months that we corresponded . When I finally did get a hold of the next department his name was Steve Wallace. He told me his attorney's name was Steve Moonly. He called him Mr. Moonly. When I tried to bring up my frustration for having spent two months getting nothing done he blew me off and told me I was cuckoo for expecting him to do what he said he was going to do .
