Can you post an update on the dispute when you hear something? I am curious to know if the company responded or if they just let the charges get reversed. My bank said they have ten days to respond and if they don't then the charges will be reversed. I am still waiting for the charges to go through and so it will be Monday or Tuesday before I can even file. I noticed that when I signed up they showed my IP address and said "Your IP address has been logged for fraud prevention. Fraud will be prosecuted." I want THEIR IP address so I can prosecute THEM for fraud. Mine will only be for $4.97 but I really feel like I have to dispute on principle alone. I cancelled the card right away so they can't charge me anymore. Plus all of our money adds up to line their pockets.
