Underpriced Furniture I bought furniture from them worth $5,700 in 2016 and they sold me a 5yr warranty for $284. Two years later, they have refused to respond to a call to repair one of the items. Norcross Georgia
On the 11th of May, 2018, I went to underpriced furnitue in Norcross,GA to purchase furniture for my house as I had recently relocated to Georgia.
At the time of payment for the items (5 beds, 1 dining set and 1 sofs set), the sales representative who took me round the shop (Paige Foley) sold me a 5yr warranty on the items for $284 which I paid for.
The items were delivered the next day (on the 12th) but that evening, we noticed some damage to the sofa set and called them the next day (13th) reporting the damage and asking for a refund on the sofa set as we were not confident that a replacement which they offered will not have issues later on. They came to pick up the sofa set and traded it in for a materess that we wanted.
Some days ago, we noticed that the high dining we bought was shaky together with some of the chairs so I called them up today (the 21st of September, 2018) reporting the incidence and they told me the warranty does not cover the type of faults I reported.
After they took $284 from me, the wanted me to pay an additional $50 for them to come over and repair the dining table.
