Saw an infomercial on-line, clicked on the link & "thought" I was purchasing a trial size product for $4.99. I received a 15ml bottle with a tiny packing list in the box with an 888-603-8748 number. I thought well, let me try the product always looking for something great. Unfortunately it made no difference & they charged my credit card $88.00. I figured it didn't hurt to keep it, it was just another skin care product that did not do what it advertised!
Several weeks later I received another 15ml bottle, called the 888-603-8748 "Customer Service" & they informed me I could NOT return the product nor would I get a refund. This is company policy, I had agreed to on their website!! Because everyone reads those pages---SCAM!!
This so screams of SCAM, that I asked to speak to a supervisor. He told me the same thing, he read the disclaimer off the website. When I told him I had never dealt with a company that didn't return a product & this was horrific customer service he said he wasn't there to make the customer happy but to follow the
company rules!! I told him I was going to dispute the charge & contact my attorney he said "bring it on"!! I then hung up, he called me back TWICE being
completely obnoxious reading the meaning of "Customer Service" definition from the dictonary. The THIRD time he called I told him this was harassment & if he called again I would call the policy.....not another call.
WOW, if I didn't experience this myself I wouldn't believe the story.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
