Unified heath care I have tried to contact them over and over to cancel policy I had to take steps though my bank account to try to cancel Tampa FL 3361 Florida
I have tried on several occasions to cancel this instance policy. I was put on hold time and time again. Never could get a response. Sent emails to cancel. No response. I went to my bank to stop them from taking funds from my account .there 30 day period to cancel. I tried to contact on numerous times .
