Contacted on Web NCE mutiplan PPO. Told it would cover 70$ of hospital bill and another part would cover the rest He said 10$ MD bill, with dental,vision and hearing covered.I spoke with Vincent 877-989-6110 extra 2011 I received card in mail with user name and password, when I went to site it was all Chinese lettering.
