Houckaj, In your complaint you claim that instead of fixing the problem, we are scamming innocent people out of their money. If you had fully read our responses, you would see that we are fixing the problem. Further, we have offered each complaintant a full refund in an effort to fix the problem. Each order is recorded and verified for validity to ensure that the customer did in fact agree to the trial offers. We are not trying to use this website as a way to promote our company. We have legitimate products and services and each of our offers are of exceptional value, and are offered at very competitive prices. We have thousands of satisfied customers using our products daily. Ripoffreport.com is not only designed with the consumer in mind, but it also provides a way for the corporation to protect itself. Ripoffreport states, Ripoff Report offers the Corporate Advocacy Program where a business may publicize its proactive approach to addressing those complaints. Members of the Corporate Advocacy Program care about their customers' concerns, and they are savvy marketers who know that maintaining a good reputation is paramount. If we truly did not care about any of the complaints on this site, then why would we bother with responding in the first place, and why would we bother to issue refunds. There have also been complaints against our sales representatives. We track down the sales teams responsible and take disciplinary measures including steep fines and in some cases termination. We hope this will satisfy your concerns and provide you with further explanation of our intentions. Sincerely, Michelle Unified Services Customer Service (866) 904-7796
