UniformDiscount.com Failed to fulfill the order AND communicate with me. Mentor, Ohio
I ordered a pair of Dansko clogs for my daughter from UniformDiscount.com two weeks ago. The shoes have NOT been delivered, and UniformDiscount refuses to communicate with me despite my repeated attempts. I realized too late that the only phone number the company lists is for making orders -- nothing else. It is impossible to speak to a person about order, tracking shipments or anything else. Instead, I was directed to e-mail concerns or questions, which I have done a few times. But there as been NO response of any kind. So, you can speak to a live person to buy, but there is no way to speak to a live person for any other reason. The company refuses and/or has failed to deliver the product I ordered and paid for by credit card, and refuses to reply to my e-mails, and offers no other way to communicate or complain. I see that there have been other complaints against this company. It clearly is a rip-off, and shoppers should be warned against using it. Also, the FTC should be notified (I am doing so) and take action against such a disreptable company.

This customer received her item. We never received any complaint from this customer from the BBB, FTC or any other organization. Her Real name is Roxanne Rollins. She Lives in Orland, FL. DO NOT SELL THIS CUSTOMER. Stay away from this customer.
We have 9 different ways to contact our Customer Service Dept. under the contact us link on the home page of our site. Very easy to contact us any time. We have a full customer service staff to respond to all customer issues.
