Shannon Placed her order on 2/20/08. she requested 3 day delivery. Her order was delivered in 2 days. Here is her initial UPS tracking # 1Z4757150351037480. Shannon returned the clogs for an exchange. Return received 3-25-08 at our warehouse. We exchanged the Clogs for new size and shipped on 3/28/08 UPS Tracking # 1Z4750351552968 Shannon Returned the clogs again on 4-07-08 and shipped another exchange on 4/10/08 UPS Tracking # 1Z4757150351313967. We charged Shannon an additional shipping charge per our terms and exchange terms that she agreed to when she registered. We absorbed one of the exchange charges ourselves. We did everything possible, as you can see, to help Shannon with her issues. The facts speak for itself. Please remove these wrongful allegations by Shannon off the web. If these false allegations are not removed we will see legal remedies.

April 14, 2008 UniformDiscount.com finally sent me my shoes and a return UPS label to send back the second wrong pair. All is well now.
