I attended one of those National Grant Conferece Seminars in Cherry Hill New Jersey on November 2, 2004. I felt so bad that I couldn't afford one of those Grant packages for $999 because I am currently unemployed, Which is why I went to the Seminar to try to get some help.
I spoke to the 'GUESS' Speaker Shawn, who made this sound so good, told him I was interested in the Grant Programs but I couldn't afford it. He told me to stick around He had a great deal for me on how I cold make this $999 up while I slept.
Well I stuck around and listen to this great presentation about making money on the internet world wide by usin this Unim Web buiding program. I was broke this sounded really good to me. All this for just $20 per disk. The most disk you have the more sites you could have up.
Not only that you could buy a $20 disk and sell it to your friend for at lest $299. That's what they are really worth. After purchasing 2 disk for $40 came the whopping news that you will have to attend an additional seminar that would cost $129 to learn how to install these disk.
That money I didn't have. I was told I could write a post dated check for the amount. I didn't have a check on me. They told me I could came back to another Seminar today Thursday the 4th of November Somewhere in Philadelphia PA. I didn't have to wait I could just drop the money then.
I'm really sorry for what happened to all these people. I juast happened to look this company up before I attended the seminar today to drop off this money and read all these negative reports about them.
I know in my case I've only lost $40 which I couldn't really afford to lose. It could have been a lot worst. Next time I will do my homework and not be so impulvise. Those people sounded so good. If I had the money on me they would have gotten it all

I also have attended a National Grants seminar in March of 2004 in South Bend, IN. I was also unemployed at the time and was very impressed in the 2 presentations. I put the programs on my credit card and began studying the materiel. To date, I have not even applied for a grant, but intend to the next time around in 2005. I have built a website with Unim's web site design package and find it exactly as advertised. I didn't need the seminar to tell me how to load the disc in my computer, it's obvious, you insert it in the CD Rom drive! It is just that easy! I have never been involved in an internet business. I have no prior experience with creating websites. I followed the simple directions on the start up disc, and in a few minutes, I was downloading the instruction booklets and beginning my website building. To date, I am very excited with all that I have learned in web site design thanks to UNIMLLC.com and their friendly helpful staff. Visit their web site and see for yourself! They are not a scam or a bad company to deal with at all, but in fact, they are everything they advertise they are and a whole lot more. I will build more websites with UNIMLLC in the future.
